hello folks i'm sorry i havent been updating much... well here i am back again... sitting in the publishing room waiting for jolene to finish... wearing a crumpled polo top... coz she crumpled it... hungry hungry hungry... the computer next to me juz booted up after like 5 minutes of starting up...

christmas this year was really special... its the first one with jolene (hopefully a lot more to come)... well i got her a pair of specs for her present... yes i'm a guy and that's why i prefer to get her a practical gift rather than a pretty one... haha... so there..

christmas eve was spent having 1 lecture in school... then jo, me and cheryl hitched a ride from ms ng's antiquated toyota corolla to paya lebar... then we took a cab down to far east square.. hoping to get some don's chicken pie... little did we know there was a queue and everyone had to ORDER their pies... so we left and went to eat jap food instead... i had salmon don which was quite good except for these little fluorescent green fish roe thingies... yucks... then we all came to my place... got stuck in the worst CTE jam ever... coz the stupid taxi driver said "oh the other road jam... u wan to take CTE?"... nvm that... then i went to jo's place in the afternoon... it was a dinner party for her family... clara came... had spaghetti and other stuff... all this food talk is making me hungry... haha... emm... yea... so we spent some real quality time together... and i found out some really cute secrets about her... oh oh and danisha came too... the sweet little thing... so cute... haha...

christmas day itself was spent at the movies... jo and i watched ocean's 12... the story was rather weak... catherine zeta was pretty as ever... julia looked a little strange.. and there's too little bernie mac... soundtrack was superb as usual... then we went to eat and went for her church's christmas celebration at fort canning... entertaining... and stinky coz we got sprayed with this fake snow thing.... confirmed breakout... i was "almost" crying when jo prayed for me... these things always make me emotional... after the whole thing was over... i went with her family to have teochew porridge for supper... then they dropped me off at home...

SUNDAY was spent doing kose work... a whole tonne of it... ALOT... BAZILLION... but still less than the stupid school website... which has to be updated BECOZ there's a new diploma... but at least i think that's the end of it... once its handed over to the school... i wash my hands off it... they'll have to takeover the nightmare... bwahahaha...

CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!!!!
And yes, I'm really happy about it. :D Noone seems to be very happy about it though.. especially poor CMM students who have school and assignments. Damn, we've three assignments due this week!! Really doesn't feel too much like Christmas.

But then, what's christmas supposed to feel like? Smells of nice food and cheer and super crowded shopping centres with everyone rushing to get last minute gifts? I guess that comes with this holiday.. But there are so many who just buy gifts just because it's sucha widely celebrated holiday, even if they don't believe in the reason behind Christmas.

Hmm. But I feel frustrated that we've school during this season anyway. Guess that really shouldn't matter because christmas is more than a holiday. To me, that is.

oh my... been so busy this week ya? hohoho

monday: first radio class... had quite a fun time... after tat went to bugis wif jo, cher and van tang to buy stuff and eat... well i ate and cher bought stuff... and then poof they're gone... jo and i went to sim lim to buy photo paper... after that we went to novena square to check out the timing for the barney show coz jo wanted to use that for her radio assignment... but the show's over... ah...

tuesday: 62 is the word... that's 2 months... made a little something for her... :)

wednesday: amin and tash finally came to french class... amin seemed really happy with it :) then in the evening, we had a council gathering at charlene's place... good food... NICE SOUP... good cake (actually baked by a guy)... champagne was alright... i wanted to do that party for my radio assignment... but it was kinda noisy and difficult to describe... so i decided to go somewhere else to record after that... i ended up at united square at 1030 at night... shops closed... standing like an idiot w/o a script and having 32 takes blabbering about the lush greenery and water "area"... i think i'm going to flunk it... bah

thursday: french test today was ok... council meeting was almost done when i went... waited for jo and we went to BigO at wheelock for dinner... the reuben sandwich was too salty... her linguini was tiny... the camomile tea was weak... and it cost 40 bucks... but the service was great... then we saw the singtel 3G roadshow... the sony ericsson z1010 was huge... then to heeren we went... got my sis her x'mas present (she loved it... and she got me a quilt for me)... then got jo to make a pair of specs for her x'mas present coz she was complaining about it the last time... haha

friday: no plans yet... but the weekend is gone again... will be working on group proposal for single cam... wrote the script last night while feeling all groggy... its hard to be witty when u're half asleep... so today we'll be taking the photos for the storyboard... haha... i really hope we can execute this short film... oh oh and marilyn is in this issue of catalog... go look for it at converse at heeren... its free

1. the stupid designers for kose gave everything in their obsolete format in 72dpi... and txt tats been rasterized... how the fuck am i supposed to make anything wif a 596 pixel image? fucking shit

2. we are really broke again... and my aunt who is sponging off us has 8k in her account and guards it with her fucking dying life... she's bloody stingy with her money... and everyone's broke now... broke like hell... we're the poor relation in this family chain...

3. then there's the even poorer relations... my other relatives frm indonesia are coming to stay... inconvenience us more likely... freaking hell... they come and stay and eat whatever little scraps of money we have left...

today is the 3rd day of sekolah... ya?

had my first french lesson with monsieur jerome... amin is still somewhere far away... so he didn't come... the only other cmm student was malar... who sat at the other side of the universe... so there i was all alone and repeating the phrases to myself instead of practising with some one sitting next to me... shy la... wat to do... *blonde* it was like... tresssss uncool you know to be like... talking to myself... but it was a 9am lecture... so i did not do my hair... wore my oversized sweater... and looked like this messed up guy sitting by himself...

then went for lunch wif nicole, kenneth, faith and zarina... came back for lecture with cliffyap... uproar my folks... for those who didn't come in today (psst.. brendan wong came though, and he saw the turnout)... cliff assigned groupings for all the tutorials... even ms ng's.... but the people haave spoken and we managed to change our groupings... bwahahaha..

then had to wait another 2 hours by myself before the IG meeting... ripped the french cd into the com at pubs room... and played the first 8 tracks over and over again... and read the vocabs over and over again... bonjour bonsoir bonne nuit bon bon bon james james bond...

so far so good...
radio pro looks really hectic... cross com seems like the easiest so far... single cam will be shit to handle... especially the corporate video that we have to do... but i'm already having wild ideas for the coke advert proposal... hahaha... think "Coke Invincible" ... tomorrow will be having first broadcast performance class... and more french...

and i am SENDING THE DAMN LENS TO NIKON ON FRIDAY. even though i have no money to pay for it right now... i will let them try to fix it first...

in about 16 hours, the first lecture for the 2nd semester of yr 2 shall start... and its alreadi december... time really flies when u dun take note... and what have i done for this holidays?

another term break that i've neglected myself... haha... well not that bad... i did get to spend time with jolene... bsides that... i'm broke as hell coz kose hasnt processed my cheque... and its overdue... god knows when yellowstone will process our pay... i don't even know if i did all that orangedot needed me to do...

and now i'm getting a mood swing for no bloody reason... i feel all oily (face and scalp)... i showered barely 3 hours ago... and i don't live in a chimney or a pot of olive oil...

i wanted to fix my 200mm lens... but i didn't coz i did have the cash... nor time to send it down to nikon... i wanted to get my sis and mum a bunk bed but my sis din wan to sleep in a bunk bed coz she's almost 21... i'm getting more frustrated at home everyday... i juz cant seem to smile at home... whatever la

finally watched the little prince vcd tat someoen gave me for my birthday... its an old production... and its pretty cute... anyone wants to borrow it?

i had this grand idea of writing a book about my life experiences so far... "up till now - an almost quarter life crisis"

did i mention i'm having heinous thoughts of murdering my aunt who is sleeping in front of me now? she's getting more irritating... and everything she does seems to push me towards it...

//edit - i was woken up by the sound of a tonne of plastic beads falling onto the tiles at 5am... yes i'm a light sleeper... so i woke up to hear my aunt picking them up from the ground... so i just went out and helped her pick them up... at 5am... 5 freakin am... and it took me 1 hour to get back to sleep... i'll feel like a zombie today...

i hope i can cope with all the work this semester...
