We have always encouraged our cabbies to drive safely and show consideration to other road users.  CityCab do not condone drivers who do not take these safety measures while they are on the road.  We will take firm action against errant drivers.  As for your report againstdriver of SHA 9311T, the errant driver has been disciplined.  However, due tocompanypolicy and confidentiality we regret that we will not be able to review more details to you.  Likewise, we have always kept our customers details confidential too.
