a run down of today's program

1. woke up at 9... drifted in and out of sleep...

2. met marilyn and jolene at raffles city for lunch... din eat coz was feeling bloated...

3. met sarah at esplanade for private parts... was alrite... mr d was there too but left early apparently... i tot it was alright... but i read the script alreadi so kinda knew wat was coming up next... bah... acting was a bit stiff at times... forgot some lines... but overall quite ok... lavinia was beautiful... except her eyebrows... surprise surprise... pple luved nurse azman... haha

4. went with jo to subway raffles city... bought sandwiches... took 16 down to the stadium... walked all the way in to the stadium... got seats right next to the entrance where the artistes come on stage... so got to see JJ and Kit Chan real close... fireworks happened right behind us... so din see much... haha... jo was supposed to bring an extra roll of film but she din look carefully and we ended up with a 12exposure roll... but ok la.. the fireworks wasnt spectacular from that angle...

5. walked wif jo to old airport rd hawker centre and waited wif her for her parents... her mum wanted me to stay for dinner wif them but too shy la... so i left... came home on a cab.. showered.. watched some tv... ate some noodles and here i am...

LIVE LEOPARD SPOTTED ON SBS BUS 15!

A live leopard has been spotted taking Singapore Bus Service number 15 towards Tampines today at about 1:30pm. Passengers were horrified to spot the spotted creature when it boarded the bus. This is the 2nd sighting of live animals in the same area this year.

Although the passengers alerted the authorities, they were unable to capture the animal. It is believed that the animal spotted wildlife photographers sitting next to it and decided to get off at the next stop. When approached for comments, a spokesperson from the AVA said that they will be setting traps in the area to try to capture the creature. They also advise parents to arm their children with catnip and to wear clean underwear at all times.

Concerned parents have complained to their local member of parliament with regards to the recent spate of wildlife sightings. According to the grassroots leaders, the relevant authorities have made no official reply to them concerning this matter. However, when we approached the spokesperson of the AVA, he said, "We are looking into the matter. Right now, we are on SBE status." We believe that SBE refers to "Sibeh Boh Eng", which is the official government code for "Very Busy".

The AVA advises all citizens who come into contact with these wildlife to follow a simple 3 step procedure to prevent any injuries to both civilians and wildlife. They are:

1. Look at the general direction of the animal.
2. Open eyes widely, flail arms over head in a vigorous circular motion and screech like a banshee.
3. Shout at your companion to call the police.

giving up

i am so close to giving up... a whole lot of things...

there is so much work these days... its so tiring... i'm almost crushing me... projects after projects after projects... assignments galore... cmm council stuff to think about.... the 3 websites... now there's radio duty to think about... its almost like there's no more time left for myself... i guess its a way to distract myself from other things... but i'm afraid my standard of work is slipping... its starting to look sloppy... i think i'll have to throw away some commitments before i go crazy...

seth smsed me the other day out of the blue to ask how i was... so i told him i'm all sleepless every night thinking of work... plus all the drinking to get to sleep... the horrendous acne outbreak... i'm a complete wreck... claudia alwez worries abt me not taking time out for myself... which is true... i dun... i have totally neglected my emotional needs for the longest time... but i'm just unsure as to what i can do...

i think i have taken a liking to someone... but i cant tell anyone... well i did tell 1 person... all kept confidential here... but nothing i can do at this point of time... coz i'm afraid that person isnt ready... and i wonder even if i'm ready to get into a relationship again... the cleo quiz thinks i am.. haha... well i'll just lurk in the shadows for now...

i've been vomitting the whole day...

i have finally gotten jamie cullum's "twentysomething"... fantastic album... but i still think that he looks like a poodle... actually not that bad... more like norah jone's brother... maybe ravi shankar has been around spreading his seeds more than we know it...

1. school has been hectic like hell this week... what with all the projects due next week... and having to fight fire with regards to IG stuff... which is now called the cmm council... i wonder shud i call myself the vice-chancellor then... it took me one full day to finish up my multicam individual assignment. i started after i woke up today... and that was like noon-ish... and finally finished at 10pm... in between was just having a short lunch at 2 and going to buy ink catridge and black CDRs at simlim... but i think the end result can speak for itself... though i feel rather uncomfortable about some parts of it... the instructions were rather vague... but heck.. its done...

2. last night was the council bbq at mr toh's place at parbury avenue... nice place.. really nice... it was his birthday 10 days ago... do ur math... but the place was nice and quiet... i luv it... sat down and talked a little... i think there shud be more of such gathering... we met mr D's girlfriend too... pretty lady... but he wasn't as "fleshy" as i thought she might be... another story.. haha... i liked the performance of his car... but din really like the interior... i still prefer the audi A4 over it... he kindly dropped me, jo and christabel at novena...

3. there's this great watch-apades organised by the Hour Glass... i so want to go and take a look.. its going to feather 250million bucks worth of watches... its going to be one hell of an exhibition... anyone wan to go? can register with TP... good if you aspire to be a watch connoisseur and impress your future associates...

4. i am so close to totally shutting of myself from ever attempting to get into a relationship again... its just so difficult to control the feelings... feel like wanting to like someone but don't dare to make the move for fear of ruining what's there already... so quietly feeling all miserable but putting on that smiley face as usual... ah the same shit again... the vicious cycle begins again...

5. money is running out so quickly! this week shall be an expensive week again... project to do... outing to attend... fees to pay... i need more money! oh and does anyone want to buy a 3.3megapixel camera... quality not too bad... juz a tad bit bulky... i want the cash more now... haha

i couldnt sleep last night! partly because i had a nap in the afternoon and whenever i do that i'll end up rolling in bed at 2am in the morning thinking of the strangest things... the night before i was rolling in bed worrying about the 2 videos that i'm supposed to be in charge of... horrible... but yes... last night i was sleepless again... and at 2:12am... jolene kindly messaged me with the names of the mysterious 3... so the CMM director's honours list reads as such

congrats to the other folks for achieving such "sterling" results (borrowed from the letter to parents)... so anyway... yes so i was up all night... and finally when i got to sleep at around 3... i had to wake up at 7... washed up... changed... and took a cab down to school at 8... and guess what... we just sat there till 930... thankfully the whole event started early and ended early... mummy and sis came down to watch me go on stage... but our cameras were so pathetic that we din bother to bring it... esp since they came late and had to sit at the upper rows...

special note... there were some performances by folks who joined the TP talentsearch 2004... this girl and guy who did the song "the prayer" was FANTASTIC... i cant say anything about the other 2... 1 kept gyrating his pelvis and the other missed his cue and sang too fast... and he was shouting... and he couldn't keep still... now u noe why he din win...

well we din even get our actual certificate today... we have to collect them from the 19th - 23rd jul frm the school general office.. bah...



after that mummy and i went to my uncle's place... coz we wanted to check on the new maid and how my cousin sherman is doing... the boi was so hyperactive when i was there... we watched tv and played with his toys... and he kept wanting me to play catching and fight him... all i wanted to do was lie down and sleep coz i was so sleepy... but he was screaming around the house so i juz played instead... then when we had to go... he looked so sad... all pouty... poor thing... (now u go "awwwww")




this week has been really hectic... i'm like busy every night... school work mostly... and i havent even gotten my work from kose yet... and ernest's page has not been updated... and deadlines are coming soon... so here's a list of stuff that i have to get done this week:

anyway... today was quite fun... woke up with an empty stomach... couldn't eat... felt like puking... and so went to to school early in the morning for audio production tutorial... was realli fun... jolene interviewed me as "barney the purple dinosaur"... and the whole class laffed.... and now mrs nah thinks its one of my '"gifts"... and she laffed too... so now i'm "barney"... too bad they din hear my "godpa" recording... the barney bashing old pops... and angie pangie is laaaamb... baaabaaaaa

APEL was enlightening... loon heng is not called loon heng for nothing... he's a loon... his stuff are all mad... so crazy... and he doesnt make sense... his thoughts run all over the place... i wonder if its his laser gun tat made him this way... i cant believe such pple still exist... eeeks... cheryl was almost going to go crazy...

i feel this class i'm in is pretty ok... everyone's nice...

then me, jo, cher, michzee and pet all went to town for ice cream... and i got all nauseas and queasy.... shared a cup wif jo.... coz its so rich that we cant finish one by ourselves... (crazy woman hitting daughter on tv now... i hate this show)... by the time we went to kinokuniya to browse the camera and photography stuff... i was feeling real sick... and then ernest came and i met him... talked about his website again... so i'll try to get it done over the weekend... then we walked down to newton where he hopped on a bus home...
